Through the contact form I process the data you provide yourself: your name, e-mail address, phone number, company name (optional) and the message text.

When you visit the website, technical data (IP address, browser and device type, on-site behaviour) may also be processed via cookies and analytics tools – see section 4.

I process contact-form data to handle your enquiry and potentially enter into a business relationship. The legal basis is the negotiation of a contract and steps taken at your request prior to entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or my legitimate interest in responding to your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics and marketing cookies are processed only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

The website uses necessary (technical) cookies required for it to function and – only with your consent – analytics and marketing cookies.

To measure traffic and advertising performance I use Google Tag Manager and Google services (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google Ads). These tools are activated only after you grant consent via the cookie banner. I use Google Consent Mode v2, which by default blocks cookie storage until consent is given.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer, or by deleting cookies in your browser.

I keep contact-form data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, subsequently, for the duration of any cooperation and the period required by law. If no cooperation arises, I generally erase the data within 24 months of the last communication.

Cookies have varying lifetimes depending on their type; the details are set by the respective tool.

Your data may be accessed by my processors that operate the website and related services on my behalf: Resend (delivery of form e-mails), Google (analytics and advertising tools) and Vercel (website hosting).

Appropriate data-processing terms are in place with these processors. I do not pass your data to other parties for their own marketing purposes.

Some processors (Google, Resend, Vercel) may process data outside the EU, in particular in the USA. Such transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You may withdraw any consent at any time.

If you believe the processing infringes the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
